چکیده
مقدمه: وزن خیلی کم تولد همراه با نقص رشد جسمی، شناختی و ناتوانایی‌های رشدی است. از طرف دیگر، این پدیده از قابلیت تأثیر بر رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی برخوردار است و تحت تاثیر عوامل بیولوژیکی و محیطی قبل و بعد از تولد قرار دارد . هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی بر رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف و درشت کودکان با وزن خیلی کم هنگام تولد بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی بود که در اردیبهشت تا خرداد سال ۱۳۹۵ انجام شد و جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل دخترها و پسرهای ۵/۴ تا ۶ ساله با وزن خیلی کم تولد از مناطق ۲ و ۱۹ شهر تهران بود که از آن تعداد ۶۵ کودک به صورت نمونه گیری معادل جامعه انتخاب شدند. از آزمون برونیکز اوزرتسکی -۲ برای ارزیابی رشد حرکتی و برای طبقه اجتماعی-اقتصادی، از رتبه بندی مناطق شهر تهران و همچنین پرسشنامه اجتماعی- اقتصادی استفاده شد و اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد کودکان با وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی پایین در میانگین مهارت های حرکتی ظریف (۱۴٫۵۴) و درشت (۸٫۶۲)، رشد کمتری نسبت به کودکان با وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی بالا داشتند ( ظریف=۱۹٫۶۹، درشت=۱۴٫۵۳). نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی بالا از قابلیت تعدیل اثرات منفی وزن کم تولد بر رشد حرکتی ظریف و درشت برخوردار است بنابراین تاکید بر نقش وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی در سلامت کودکان با وزن خیلی کم تولد اهمیت دارد.

Effects of socioeconomic status on very low birth weight children’s fine and gross motor skills

Abstract
Background: Very low birth weight is associated with impaired physical and cognitive growth and developmental disabilities. On the other hand, this phenomenon has the potential to impact on the development of motor skills and is influenced by biological and environmental factors before and after birth. So This study aimed to evaluate the effects of socioeconomic status and birth weight on very low birth weight children’s fine and gross motor skills. Methodology: The present study was a cross-sectional research which conducted in April and May of 2016 and the study population included 4/5 to 6-year-old boys and girls with very low birth weight from 2 and 19 districts of Tehran city that from which 65 children were selected via an equal population sampling. In order to assess the motor development, the Bruininks -Oseretsky -2 test was used and for socio-economic status, socio-economic questionnaire and districts ranking of Tehran were used and the data were analyzed using Independent t-test. Results showed that The average fine (14/54) and gross (8/62) motor skills of children with low socioeconomic status was lower than those with high socio-economic status (Fine=19/69, Gross=14/53). In generally high socio-economic status has the capability of adjustment the negative effects of low birth weight on fine and gross motor development. Thus the emphasis on the role of socioeconomic status on health of children with very low birth weight is important.
