چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین راهبرد توسعه ورزش قهرمانی استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های شهر کرمانشاه، و همچینین تمامی مدیران ارشد اداره ورزش و جوانان،و مدیران ادارات ورزش شهرستان‌های تابع استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد. با توجه به کوچک بودن جامعه آماری، جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش، در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط چند تن از استادان صاحب‌نظر و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ ۸۷/۰ درصد تأیید شد. پرسشنامه مشتمل بر ۴۰ مربوط به نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای ورزش همگانی استان کرمانشاه بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون فریدمن تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. همچنین پس از تجزیه و تحلیل قوت‌ها، ضعف‌ها، فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و تشکیل ماتریس ارزیابی هریک از عوامل داخلی و خارجی ورزش همگانی و ورزش قهرمانی استان کرمانشاه، محرز شد که اداره ورزش و جوانان باید در حوزه ورزش همگانی از استراتژی تدافعی استفاده کند.

Designing and composing a strategy for the development of public sports in Kermanshah province

Abstract
The aim of this research is , designing and composing the development for strategy of sport for general in Kermanshah province. Statistic society involved all of the managers and experts in the organization of sport and youth in Kermanshah. Statistic sampling included 65 experts and managers from Kermanshah province. The used tool for collecting data was Mohaghegh questionnaire which it’s reliability by 5 related professors and it’s validity by cronbach alpha method (87%) were confirmed. Questionnaire involved 80 question that 40 question was related to strength ,weakness point, chance and threats of general sport and 40 question was related to strength ,weakness point, chance and threats of athletic sport in Kermanshah, respectively. Data was analysed by descriptive statistic and Friedman test. also after analysing strength ,weakness, chances, threats and form of evaluation matrix from internal and external factors of general sport in Kermanshah ,became distinct that organization of sport and youth should use defence strategy in the field of general.
