بررسی مقایسه ای امید به زندگی در بین ورزشکاران شرکت کننده در مسابقات جهانی بیماران پیوند اعضا با غیر ورزشکاران

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه امید به زندگی ورزشکاران شرکت کننده در مسابقات جهانی بیماران پیوند اعضا با غیر ورزشکاران بود. روش تحقیق با توجه به اهداف و فرضیه‌ها، علی- مقایسه‌ای بود که داده های مورد نیاز آن به‌صورت میدانی جمعآوری شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه ورزشکاران ملی بیمار پیوند اعضا و بیماران پیوند اعضا غیر ورزشکار بودند و نمونه آماری را ۶۲ نفر از ورزشکاران حاضر در مسابقات جهانی اسپانیا و ۶۲ نفر از بیماران پیوند اعضا غیر ورزشکار که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، تشکیل دادند. جهت ابزار جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد در امید به زندگی کرمانی و همکاران استفاده گردید. برای انجام محاسبات آماری بسته نرم افزاری SPSS22 به کار گرفته شد. در قسمت آماراستنباطی از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف جهت آزمون نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها ، همچنین از آزمون تی تک نمونه مستقل برای بررسی وضعیت متغیرها، آزمون لوین و آزمون t مستقل جهت مقایسه استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای امید به زندگی ورزشکاران حرفه ای تیم‌های پیوند اعضا از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است و بین ویژگی امید به زندگی در ورزشکاران حرفه ای و غیر ورزشکاران پیوند اعضا اختلاف معنی داری وجود دارد.

Comparative Study of Life Expectancy Among Athletes Participating in World Organ Transplant Patients Competition with Non-Athletes

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the life expectancy of athletes participating in the World Organ Transplant Patients Competition with non-athletes. The research method was causal-comparative with respect to its goals and hypotheses and required field data were collected. The statistical population of this study consisted of all national athlete transplant patients and non-athlete organ transplant patients. The sample consisted of 62 athletes present at the Spanish World Championships and 62 non-athlete organ transplant patients who were selected by random sampling. They gave. The standard questionnaire of life expectancy of Kermani et al. Was used for data collection. SPSS22 software was used for statistical calculations. In the inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to test the normality of the data distribution. Also, independent sample t-test was used to check the status of variables, Levin test and independent t-test. The results showed that the life expectancy variables of professional athlete members of transplantation teams were in good condition and there was a significant difference between the life expectancy characteristics of professional and non-athlete organ transplant patients.
