چکیده
صنعت گردشگری ورزشی یکی از اقتصادی‌ترین فعالیت‌ها در چرخه ملی کشورها تلقی می‌شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی نقش گردشگری ورزشی بر اشتغال‌زایی شهر ایلام بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کلیه مدیران و متخصصان ورزش و گردشگری شهر ایلام بود و نمونه آماری تحقق به صورت تصادفی و با استفاده از جدول مورگان ۳۸۴ نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار جمع‌آوری تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن به تأیید ۱۲ نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی و گردشگری قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ۸۴/۰ دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، درصد فراوانی، انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون کولموگروف ـ اسمیرنوف و آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای) با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۰ استفاده شد. تحقیق نشان داد، گردشگری ورزشی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اشتغال‌زایی دارد. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که توسعه گردشگری ورزشی در شهر ایلام زمینه‌ای فراهم می‌کند که ابعاد اشتغال‌زایی را بهبود می‌بخشد.

Abstract
The sports tourism industry is considered one of the most economical activities in the national cycle of countries. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of sports tourism on employment in Ilam city. The statistical population of the present study was all managers and specialists of sports and tourism of Ilam city and the statistical sample of realization was randomly determined using Morgan table of 384 people. The research collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by 12 specialists in sports and tourism management, and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient test of 0.84. Descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, Standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and single sample t-test) were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 20. The findings show that sports tourism has a positive and significant effect on employment. The results of the research indicate that the development of sports tourism in Ilam city provides a basis that improves the dimensions of employment.
