بررسی رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی با مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر بابلسر

چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی با مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی معلمان تربیتبدنی شهر بابلسر بود. این تحقیق به شیوه توصیفی- همبستگی و به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعهی آماری تحقیق را کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر بابلسر تشکیل می دهند. به علت محدود بودن و در دسترس بودن افراد نمونه آماری به صورت کل شمار انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامههای فرهنگ سازمانی ساشکین (۹۱/۰=α)، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی کارول و استوارتز (۷۴/۰=α) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون پیرسون و با به کارگیری نرمافزار آماری ۲۲SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد بین ابعاد فرهنگسازمانی با وظیفه شناسی، نظم و مقررات معلمان تربیتبدنی ارتباط معنادار مثبتی وجود دارد. بین ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی مانند هماهنگی با تغییر، همسویی اهداف فردی و گروهی، مشتری گرایی، با رفتار منطقی معلمان تربیت بدنی ارتباط معنادار مثبتی وجود دارد ولیکن با کار گروهی هماهنگ، قدرت فرهنگ سازمانی همبستگی معناداری نداشته است. بین ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی مانند هماهنگی با تغییر، همسویی اهداف فردی و گروهی، کار گروهی هماهنگ، مشتری گرایی، با قابلیت اعتماد معلمان تربیت بدنی ارتباط معنادار مثبتی وجود دارد ولیکن با قدرت فرهنگ سازمانی همبستگی معناداری نداشته است. بین تنها بعد همسویی اهداف فردی و گروهی از فرهنگ سازمانی با سخت کوشی معلمان تربیت بدنی ارتباط معنادار مثبتی وجود دارد و با سایر ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی همبستگی معناداری نداشته است.

Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Social Responsibility of Physical Education Teachers in Babolsar City

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to Investigating the relationship between organizational culture and social responsibility of physical education teachers in babolsar city. The research method was descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of the survey is made up of all physical education teachers in Babolsar. Due to the limited availability and availability of the subjects, the statistical sample is the total number. To collect information, Sashkin’s organizational culture questionnaire (α=۰٫۹۱), social responsibility (α=۰٫۷۴) were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson test using SPSS software. The findings of the research showed that, there is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture with the duties, discipline and regulations of physical education teachers in Babolsar. There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture such as coordination with change, the alignment of individual and group goals, customer orientation, and logical behavior of physical education teachers in Babolsar, but with co-ordinated group work, the power of organizational culture has not been significantly correlated. There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture such as coordination with change, alignment with individual and group goals, coordinated group work, customer orientation, and the reliability of physical education teachers in Babolsar. However, there is no significant correlation with the power of organizational culture. There is a significant positive correlation between the only aspects of the alignment of individual goals and a group of organizational culture with the hard work of physical education teachers in Babolsar and there is no significant correlation with other aspects of organizational culture.
